Is this how you mean to go on, after an incident I had seen against someone, by your staff. How can I report them, it was in London, and how to get access to footage to report for the EHRC etc?

Made a promise, and still left the same pensioner with the incomplete work, & no response.
Intend to support their escalation of it to authorities & ombudsman, etc. It's too much.
