The needle never needed the light. Now the hands don't either.

Ghost factories used to end at the sewing floor. The ghosts just learned to sew.

A commercial cleaning company cut $86,000 a year per office building by moving humanoid robots onto the night shift.

The dirtiest secret in cleaning isn't the dirt. It's the turnover.

Janitorial companies lose up to 200% of their staff a year. Hire 10 in January, replace 20 by December. Every replacement costs $2,500 in hiring and training - for a job that pays $16 an hour and starts at 10 PM.

Owners don't lose money on mops. They lose it on people who quit on Tuesday and don't call.

Now the robot math.

4 robots per building. They work 10 PM to 6 AM, 7 nights a week. Wipe desks, clear trash, reset 120 workstations to zero. No wages, no overtime, no 2 AM no-show that costs you the contract.

That's 4 night cleaners replaced per building - $86,000 a year, per building, and the company runs 9 buildings.

The client never sees the robots. They just see the same spotless floor at 8 AM, every day, for less.

Cleaning was always a night business run on people who'd rather be asleep.

Now the machines take the shift nobody wanted. The floors don't care who cleaned them.
