I was a trans kid in the 90s. Me and a few other kids like me stuck together like glue. One of us tried to come out and was immediately put into therapy where they showed him videos of trans people who had botched surgeries and told him he'd never be a real man.

1. Disagreement on methods (e.g. medication strikes) is NORMAL
2. You can be in solidarity with people even if you disagree about methods.
