@FitbitSupport I do feel inspired to cancel our Fitbit premium subscriptions and never buy another Fitbit product. I at least tried to keep my Fitbit working and out of the landfill. Your update is literally bricking people’s devices— this is a non-response.

I’m generally not one to complain about brands on Twitter, but: TWO #fitbit Charge 5 trackers in my household died within 24 hours after a firmware update. The response from the Fitbit team? “Sorry, here’s a 35% discount to buy a new FitBit.” Beyond lame.
