i was just asked "what does failure look like in the residency?"

it put me on pause. people fail at things all the time but I don't consider that a failure.

on average 90% of startups fail.

but with every failure, you learn!

the only thing i actually see as failure is when people do not try. when they are too afraid to shoot their shot or take a risk.

do the thing! failure is fine, not trying is the only true failure.
