I’m asking for a REAL PERSON to review my case.

I can provide any information necessary to prove my identity and ownership/admin rights for the account, Pages and groups.

15+ years of history and communities with tens of thousands of members should not disappear because an automated recovery system reaches a dead end.

Please escalate my case.

@Meta @facebook I need help getting a HUMAN REVIEW of my suspended Facebook account.

My account was over 15 YEARS OLD and was suddenly suspended without any clear explanation.

I completed the requested identity verification, including a VIDEO SELFIE and valid ID documents, but I’m still locked out.

I managed long-standing LOCAL FACEBOOK GROUPS with TENS OF THOUSANDS of members.

I was also the SOLE ADMINISTRATOR of Facebook Pages that are now effectively left without anyone in control.

Some of those Pages still display PUBLIC CONTACT INFORMATION that I can no longer access, update, or remove.
