@thetripathi58 People want to associate themselves with people, not brands. For example:
Feastables: 57.3K followers
Mr Beast: 32.4 million followers
Virgin Media: 365.2K followers
Richard Branson: 12.2 million followers
Always grow a personal brand before a business.
I TRANSFORMED my life in 5 years
Without:
- Any mentors
- Any SMART goals
- Any outside influences
Here's the 3 tactics I used to become a hero of my story (and why you shouldn't use them yourself).
----💪🗿----
1. Do EVERYTHING by Yourself
From when I was:
1. Starting to quit a 100/hr a week gaming addiction
2. Starting to build 4 different businesses
3. Starting to deepen my faith in God
4. Starting to write and coach
I didn't seek a mentor ONCE.
Nobody to tell me when I was wrong or right.
Sure, all the inevitable fails taught me lessons I never would've learned otherwise.
But I could've learned them years earlier.
If I had a mentor, I could've been where I'm at now at least 2 years sooner.
You will never know the outcome of your actions.
A mentor will.
----💪🗿----
2. Holding myself to INSANE standards
High standards are crucial when you're becoming a hero.
But even now, I hold myself to mentally insane standards.
- I ran 20 miles? Cool, I could've ran them way faster
- I read a book in a day? How about I aim for 2?
- I woke up at 4:30 am? I gotta stop snoozing
I could save the world from certain destruction.
But in a day, I'll plan how to save the galaxy.
I don't rest on my laurels.
I don't even SEE THEM 99% of the time.
When you're on the hero's journey, this mindset is the key to success.
But you can't let it smother your fire, your past wins.
Otherwise, there's no true end goal, no reward.
Even if you don't rest on your wins, be content with how they've crafted you into a hero.
----💪🗿----
3. Always doing SOMETHING
I have had to work overtime on this problem.
If what I'm doing doesn't have:
1. A purpose
2. A goal I'm aiming for
3. A reward that benefits others, or me
Then I stop doing it.
I have stepped up my game on this, however.
I hang out with my family, and spend some time in silence, even when it doesn't have a clear purpose.
But I still ruthlessly prioritize.
There's two sides to this coin:
You get everything done on your to-do list
You forget to rest until you're forced to
Rest is crucial.
Not "Resting" by:
1. Logging some "Light work"
2. Scrolling X to "Get inspiration"
3. Working anyway (until you burn out)
Rest is work.
Because your mind and body are grinding to help you recover for the next battle.
----💪🗿----
Living life on your own kills your true potential.
You will be years, possibly decades behind where you could've been.
All you need to fix this? A mentor.
A mentor who KNOWS your struggle.
If this is what you want, I'm opening a free 5-day "Mini Hero's Journey."
Where we begin your hero's journey toward a legacy that lasts.

@Frank_the_coach Great thread.
People always start doing the right things in life (working out, reading etc.) then get complacent and stuck at the same point for years on end.
By striving to constantly improve, you ensure that true progress occurs.
Longevity = knowing your body.
As he aged, he didn’t train harder - he trained smarter:
More tactical sessions
Fewer junk reps
More attention to mobility and soft-tissue care
He evolved with his body, not against it.
Most footballer’s primes are 1-2 years long.
Meanwhile Kevin de Bruyne has been doing it at the highest level for 10+ years 💀
A thread about how elite footballers like KDB stay at the top of the game for so long…
Recovery isn’t optional - it’s a weapon.
KDB treats recovery like training:
Ice baths after games
Deep tissue massage
9-10 hours sleep
Low-impact recovery days
Recovery isn’t just about resting - it’s about preparing for the next game.
@Frank_the_coach I exercise because:
I don’t wanna be out of breath every time I walk up the stairs
I don’t wanna look like shit
I wanna have self-confidence
@IAmAaronWill Facts. Burnout isn’t a badge of honor. Real growth happens between the work - when your body repairs, your mind resets, and ideas actually click. Rest isn’t weakness, it’s strategy.
