I am at the @AloftHotels in center city philadelphia with a booked hotel, email of the reservation confirmation, and there is no record of the room being booked. hotel front desk basically told us tough luck and offered no way to help while yapping to her emotional support friend. been on hold with customer service @MarriottBonvoy for 20 minutes. We are in 2026 and it’s still possible to lose reservations into the ether after they are confirmed?
