@m_hadden123 Adverbs aren't wrong, but beginning writers use them as a shortcut to describe a scene or character. Descriptions paint a more complete picture in the reader's mind. After a writer has mastered depth, they know how to use adverbs to enhance rather than detract from their prose.

@kerry_share Accountability partners are a good way, but self-habit trackers also help! My favorite is finding videos on YouTube that teach you different ways to form a habit. A lot of them have really good ideas! Self-discipline is at the base of them all so just keep trying!
