@realdanielnita MiCA nu se aplică peste noapte. Există perioade de tranziție și termene de implementare care diferă de la un stat la altul, astfel că anumite platforme își pot continua activitatea pentru o perioadă limitată până la obținerea sau respingerea licenței, oricum cardurile sunt oprite

@hobincus Câte fonduri de investiții au fost lichidate pe Binance în octombrie fără să existe consecințe reale? E firesc ca încrederea să scada și tot mai puțini să o mai susțină. Probabil că acesta este și unul dintre motivele pentru care obținerea licenței MiCA în Europa rămâne incertă.
