@RelianceDigital sending staff directly to attend the customer without basic knowledge of product and service
They only collect money from the customer. When we need a purchased service they charge extra what was not explained at the time of purchasing

I had purchased a mobile with a screen protection plan from @RelianceDigital NSP mall Delhi.
My @Moto g85 screen that comes with military grade certification got a side crack from the chair height and when I am visiting for the screen replacement at @ResQ they are charging for it

@tcl_india I am trying to complaint my TV but your live chat and helpline number are useless and website is also not able to take a simple complaint. Very bad experience with the support space.
Now come to the point my tv display have black patches at mid top position.

Yesterday Mr Sunder visited to my home with New panel for my Onida fire TV and replaced it as well as he cleared my doubts related to quality of the product. I hope it will work fine now. Thank you @onidalive for your support!

Worst product and service
I have ever experienced. I have one 4 years old @MiIndiaSupport (MI) tv also, never got repair yet and also cheaper in price.

This is the quality of Onida fire TV panel even after 1 time replacement. Be aware before spending your hard earn money for @onidalive
Better go for Samsung or LG. Even @MiIndiaSupport (Mi) also offering far better product.
Same display fading issue 2 times within a year.

@onidalive I have talked with your team. You are offering panel replacement again as I know very well about your poor quality product, you will provide me same type of faulty panel. Instead of new panel replacement and wasting my money I will like to buy a better quality products.

@onidalive Dear @onidalive your product is defeated and your service is also very poor as I am facing the same problem in your LED TV, within a year. You should return your TV if you are serious about your customer service.
You had repaired it instead of replacement even after I asked.
