@Delta can’t make this up, an elderly man was wheeled to the door by a super nice employee, he is in a wheelchair and appears to need some “relief” and was told to scan the wait QR code???? Told them give him my spot.

@Delta lunge in AZ is full and I get that. I pay @AmexBusiness a large fee for this perk yet told Diamond and up are priority and let in at a 3:1 ratio… less of a perk.
