@AJ3Jazz@Jerbball This is the consensus mock based on ADP from users on his website. Itโs not his personal mock draft. Thatโs why there are weird player team fits, bc the picks are not based on teams at all, itโs just the average drafted position for users making their own mock drafts
@HawksDraftNerd Kessler is exactly what the Hawks need. That being said, there is nothing that the Hawks could offer him in free agency that the Jazz wouldnโt match. The Jazz reportedly turned down the offer the Pacers gave for Zubac
@jpottingaround 100%. Yeah youโre right that it uniquely punishes Memphis which is especially strange. It will be interesting to see how the new system either adds value or devalues future picks in trades
@ArtTakesNote Team context was huge for DP. BYU and Kevin Young put AJ in positions to succeed constantly and his playmaking improved a lot because of it. DP was put into an off ball role that most college coaches would not have put him into and it was a bit awkward for sure.
@bkoller297@nflinabnit My point about Egor is that he was particularly hated on draft twitter and was certainly an impactful NBA player this year. I searched 2025 big board and freewave, finndraft, Mohamed, etc all had Egor outside the top 30. They had him behind guys not even on rosters
@MGMN_32@Tjonesonthenba This framework has the Jazz under the estimated second apron with no cost cutting measures at all. They will have no issues clearing some money up and staying under the second apron for at least the next two seasons. No hard decisions until 2028-29 how I see it

@MGMN_32@Tjonesonthenba Theyโre not going to be second apron either way. Look at the projected apron numbers currently. Jazz will probably be first apron in 2027-28. The season after that is when they will have to make decisions
@timefornutty@Callystarr I mean he went after Kon Kneuppel and VJ Edgecombe last year so it is not ridiculous at all to say that there would be conversations about the other prospects at 5. This is also as prospects and not considering what we know after his rookie year.
@elitetakes_ People are forgetting that Danny Ainge runs the Jazz. He made the blueprint for moving down when getting Tatum. He is not letting the wizards of all teams leverage him
