hey y’all go listen to the first episode of our brand new podcast Tier List Supreme ft. @kerosenesoaked and @NicholasAntoin7 yay!!! https://t.co/bGhMP9yXDV
Heat coach Erik Spoelstra on the LaMelo Ball play that knocked Bam Adebayo out of the Play-In game: “I don't think it's cute. I don't think it's funny. I think it's a stupid play. It's a dangerous play. Obviously, our best player was out. I’m not making an excuse. The Hornets played great and made those plays down the stretch. We had our opportunities to win. That’s a shame. He should be penalized for that. I don't think that belongs in the game, tripping guys, shenanigans. Somebody has got to see that. He should have been thrown out of the game for that. There’s no place in the game for that.”
It’s not your expression, it’s a machine given words that it uses to create a consensus of how other people have expressed it. Expression is your voice, not the voices of others serrated and dragged through a machine made to mimic your mouth. You express nothing, you forfeit your voice to allow the rest of humanity to speak for you. Here, you even say the ultimate goal is the erasure of human voices. Your “expression” leads to a lack of humanity, not a furtherance of it. Every iteration and invention of art has found new ways to allow us to culminate the human experience through sensation, but generative AI is cancer, it’s the cells of what we’ve already built spinning ad nauseam until all we “make” is what others have already made. It’s a dead end and lifeless, and goes against whatever spirit, soul, or God gave us the gift of creation in the first place.
Think about it. Alabama didn’t move at all after getting smoked last night. While the other losers of the Conference Championships did.
FSU beat a 10 win Top 15 team with their 3rd string quarterback in the Conference Championship and was left out.
They never fixed a thing. The problem is still there.
Week 1 mattered to Notre Dame and Miami.
It didn’t matter to Alabama.
CCG mattered to drop BYU.
It didn’t matter to Alabama.
You don’t hate ESPN and the CFP committee enough.
Remember that time when a college football team that had Jared Verse, Keon Coleman, Braden Fiske, Renardo Green and eight other NFL Draft picks wasn’t deemed good enough to play in the playoffs?
Wild times, man.
