Some of our student athletes represented The High in a great way this weekend in New York City at the Nike Indoor National Championships.

On Friday, Sebla Miracle became national runner up in the Freshman division of the long jump with a jump of 17'6-3/4" (video attached)

Ran the 55 Meter hurdles and the 55 Meter dash today back to back. The dash could have been better, but considering I had about 3-5 mins to recover from the hurdles I did ok.
