🚨 Every major refereeing controversy that has gone Argentina’s way at the 2026 World Cup… and somehow it looks even worse than Qatar.
🇩🇿 Algeria: Messi caught Aïssa Mandi with his studs. No card. No VAR review.
🇦🇹 Austria: Mac Allister appeared to foul Schlager before Messi’s goal. Austria protested, but VAR allowed the goal.
🇨🇻 Cape Verde: Tagliafico’s challenge in the build-up to Argentina’s second wasn’t reviewed despite appeals.
🇪🇬 Egypt: A brilliant Egyptian goal was ruled out for an alleged foul at the very start of the move, over 80 metres from goal.
🇪🇬 Egypt (again): Egypt appealed for a penalty before Argentina’s late winner. Play continued, and Argentina scored moments later.
🇨🇭 Switzerland: Embolo was sent off after VAR intervened for an alleged dive near midfield, one of the most unusual VAR decisions fans have seen.
One controversial decision can happen. But when the same team benefits from them in almost every round, people are naturally going to ask questions.
🚨 BREAKING! 🤯
More than €42m of the €300m Argentina received after winning the 2022 World Cup was diverted to shell companies. 🇦🇷
A contract signed just 9 days BEFORE Argentina's World Cup win vs France reportedly gave 30% of the AFA's World Cup revenue to a company called TourProdEnter.
FIFA then allegedly transferred the World Cup funds directly to that company, which reportedly has NO links to football.

Keep the faith !
Another angle of Salah being brought down in the penalty box shows that he'd regained possession of the ball BEFORE he went down
It's raising some serious questions for FIFA about their refereeing of the World Cup

🇦🇷 The FBI is investigating Argentina's football association for money laundering.
Over $300 million in sponsorship money, from Adidas, routed through U.S. banks and a Miami firm called TourProdEnter LLC, is being examined by federal authorities. Shell companies, remittance services, yachts, private jets, payments to AFA executives.
AFA President Claudio Tapia and Treasurer Pablo Toviggino are the key names.
French investigative journalist Romain Molina says his full exposé drops soon. He's calling it one of FIFA's biggest scandals in years.

Does the trophy matter if the institution behind it is this dirty?

🚨🎙️ Toni Kroos on the refereeing in the France vs. Paraguay match: 🇫🇷🇵🇾
"Can you believe that in the 21st century we're still seeing things like this in football? The referee was right in front of several incidents that clearly deserved fouls, yet he chose to wave play on.
What's the point of having a referee in the middle of the pitch if obvious fouls are simply ignored? I've never witnessed officiating like this in my football career. For me, the refereeing was the biggest problem because you cannot see challenges like these and pretend nothing happened.
I really can't appreciate the officiating at all. Even VAR failed to intervene on several dangerous fouls. When both the referee and VAR ignore repeated incidents, people will inevitably question whether those decisions were intentional. It creates the impression that France were not being given fair protection and that their opponents were allowed to gain an unfair advantage.
We've seen too many questionable decisions and too many obvious fouls ignored throughout this tournament. Is this supposed to be football or rugby? It's disappointing that we're still witnessing this kind of officiating in modern football."
In a single World Cup campaign, Lionel Messi’s route has been:
Group Stage
🇩🇿 Algeria
🇦🇹 Austria
🇯🇴 Jordan
Round of 32
🇨🇻 Cape Verde
Round of 16
🇪🇬 Egypt
Quarter-final
🇨🇴 Colombia or 🇨🇭 Switzerland
That’s six straight games without facing one of the tournament’s traditional heavyweights.
If things stay this way, it could take until the semi-finals before Argentina meet one of the elite nations.
And people wonder why some fans question how comfortable Messi’s path has been.
Btw, this is the red card Balogun was shown...
Come on, tell me he didn't deserve it and that the game against Belgium should have been called off.
Trump's conflict of interest here is huge, and his close relationship with Infantino... I don't know, something smells really fishy here

Una más de la FIFA:
Nunca antes se había visto que un arbitro detuviera el juego para esperar el regreso de un jugador que salió a recibir asistencia médica.
Argentina no puede ni vencer a Cabo Verde sin la ayuda de árbitros corruptos.
