They chose to “play up” into AA and the GHSA approved it. “Playing up” was actually a lot easier because AA is nowhere near as talented as single A private. Many teams will appeal to play up or play down before it’s all finalized.

@cnnbrk The lawyers for both the defendant AND the prosecution both have to agree on the selected jurors. Both sides must think that the race of the jurors selected will not be an issue in deciding justice (unlike most of the people who have already commented)
