Well if he is in New York so much and is building a new office in New York I don't see why he wouldn't just make the city his primary residence and avoid the tax entirely. You can completely avoid the tax by just owning an apartment under 5 million dollars as well. Which is more than acceptable if your truly not using it as a primary residence and just as a secondary home for work. Also so far I appears the funds are going to improve the city overall. Like paid child care programs. So the people in the office can go into it and work for example.
Worst experience with @Airbnb. Terrible customer service. Had a horrible issue, fraudulent listing, the real owner had no idea and called the cops on the guy who was renting to us. Scary situation honestly and @Airbnb says “sorry can’t do anything”
@dropgenius@FoxNews You know everyone is forgetting friends and family of the people who could afford one as well by the way so by that logic its possible, unlikely, but possible
Holy Sh*t: Cam Newton compares Mark Andrews avoiding the media to the Fox Sports misconduct lawsuit:
“Why make a fuss about Andrews if you’re not keeping the same energy about Fox’s report and lack of public accountability?”
Stephen A. Smith was so confused 😂
