@AirbnbHelp how can you let someone accuse a host of a FEDERAL crime in their review and not remove it. Next time I have a bad guest I can accuse them of Rape or Murder?

@AirbnbHelp I have an active reservation for Coachella, the guest is currently having a party, smoking inside my house (smoke alarms are going off), and every time I try to call your help number I get hung up on!
