@viajaVolaris Supervisor and she said she was the only supervisor in the company and proceeded to hang the phone. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with an airline before, I don’t care about the extra charge, but piss me off to think how many people are being victims of this fraud. 2/2

@viajaVolaris I’ve done it, constantly for over 24h, Facebook and WhatsApp. and I just get a robot or someone saying I’m not allowed to have a detailed receipt and repeating Radom information. When I called the “supervisor” was extremely rude and unprofessional, I even asked for another 1/2
