One of the biggest mistakes I see is waiting until survey time to start looking for problems. By then, small issues have often become much bigger ones.

Set aside 30 minutes every day dedicated to compliance. Put it on your calendar. Protect the time. Make it part of how you operate your facility.

You don’t have to fix everything in one day.

But you should be getting a little better every single day.

That consistency adds up.
