@AmericanAir Mate, an entire flight of people just ran around the airport. Cramming into a tram, to get to the gate with the monitor saying that we board in 2 minutes. There wasn't a plane.

I'm usually the patient person... but after flight cancelations, losing my upgrade, a 2 hour delay, sitting on a taxiway, and 3 gate changes, @DFWAirport and @AmericanAir are not resilient and can't recover well when it rains.

@DFWAirport... this is hilarious! A whole flight of people run across the airport because of a gate change. The monitor says, "Boarding in 2 minutes"
