@DarwinBondGraha I completely agree with the principles behind California’s laws. The count should still be quicker. Ballots dropped off a week before Election Day have not been counted. Received ballots should be rapidly counted. Additional results can be released as ballots come in.

Cal’s comeback from being down 30-0 against Oregon in 1993. All of our friends except @john_futscher and his rugby buddy from Oregon left. It was a beautiful day at Memorial so we stayed to bask in the sun and we were treated with an epic win. Go Bears.
