@OneBadDude_ California resident here. Gas prices in California are not eight dollars. Sure maybe a couple of stations are trying to gouge people for eight dollars but that’s not the average in California. This was two days ago.

@bennyjohnson According to AAA, there are no states with an average gas price under two dollars. There might be a station or two that are under two dollars, but the average price is for those states are above two dollars.

@bennyjohnson Also the average gas prices in Colorado is $2.41 and in Texas it is $2.42 per gallon. So your numbers are slightly off if you’re going by average price as of today.
