Un profesor de economía contó que nunca había suspendido a un solo alumno en un examen, pero que una vez suspendió a toda una clase.

Esta clase insistía en que el socialismo funcionaba: nadie debería ser pobre y nadie debería ser rico; todos deberían ser iguales.

El profesor dijo:

«De acuerdo, hagamos un experimento sobre el socialismo con este grupo. Todas las notas se sumarán y se dividirán entre el número de alumnos. De esa forma, nadie suspenderá y nadie obtendrá la nota más alta».

Tras el primer examen, se contabilizaron los resultados y la media fue de un 2 (equivalente aproximadamente a un «bien» en el sistema alemán). Los que habían estudiado con diligencia se sintieron decepcionados, mientras que los que habían estudiado poco estaban encantados.

Antes del segundo examen, los alumnos más flojos se esforzaron aún menos, y los aplicados decidieron que también querían beneficiarse del «sistema», por lo que ellos también estudiaron menos. El resultado fue una media de «suficiente». En el tercer examen, la nota media fue finalmente «insatisfactoria» y, para sorpresa de todos, todos suspendieron.

El profesor explicó:

«No hay un ejemplo más sencillo. 6. Suspension of civil liberties and rights.

7. Physical or verbal coercion.

8. Use of non-lethal force (such as tear gas or rubber bullets).

9. Use of lethal force in extreme cases.

10. Military tribunal or court-martial.

11. Expulsion or deportation.

12. Curfews or restricted movement.

13. Monitoring or surveillance.

14. Blacklisting or loss of employment opportunities.

15. Social ostracism or stigmatization.

We can avoid all the trouble that comes with challenging our armed forces by not becoming some unhinged lunatic who just needs to be that one person who decides they want special attention. Let them do their jobs without them having to worry about babysitting grown adults.

They will not be able to wash the money by money laundering and setting up fronts by using profit margins on inventory sheets that do not match the profit the business made. This is what the mafia used to do in the casinos.

What will the banks try to attempt to prop up the market to survive Evergrande liquidation?

Coordinated Buybacks: Major banks might collaborate to buy back Evergrande debt or related financial instruments in the secondary market. This could help stabilize prices and prevent a complete meltdown. However, this strategy requires significant financial resources and coordination. But where will they get the money?

Confiscate customer deposit in banks. Basically a Bail-Ins. Which will also cause a run on the banks. Which will also cause ATMS to shutdown. Which will also causes credit cards to not work. Which will also cause panic in the market place. People will realize they can not buy food, water, gas, or pay bills. Again once this happens this will be the transition to the new economy. Guess who will bring confidence back in the market once all this chaos ensues?
