asians are known to look younger than their real age, on average. ofc not everyone. but this discourse is utterly ridiculous simply due to it being a fictional android character.
The Evie drama keeps escalating.
A lot of people said she looks like a kid, but comparing her with photos of some famous East Asian women, many of them had similar youthful features.
People who see Evie and immediately think “child” and shout “pedo” overlook that Asian people don't age like Western people, and in their late teens, 20s, and even 30s often get mistaken for being younger.
@Awk20000 people will always speculate on things. Nick himself loves farming engagement. it wasn't exactly total silence from him. add on the ego and cringe, it's gonna rub some people the wrong way.
it's about the principle. otherwise one can argue the family can now just walk away with that GoFundMe money. but no, B&M needs to be held accountable.
YouTuber Reckless Ben has now raised over $400,000 for the family whose Star Wars LEGO collection was reportedly stolen by Bricks & Minifigs
The collection was originally valued at around $200,000
@LASHYBILLS old guy hit first. then almost killed the kid if he wasn't pulled off. he is so wrong. yeah sure the kid was annoying. but that don't mean a death sentence.
@Dexerto put aside the money, i still wonder what went wrong. they seemed good together. don't get me wrong, neither was perfect. but there didn't seem to be any insane hatred. after all, they were together for around a decade.
the couple came to this decision together. it's their decision and they have their reasons. the rest of the world can stfu and go have their own babies.
@Awk20000 i like how people say nothing is confirmed. but then they side with one over the other. she contributed to his success. the brand is his at the end of the day. 50/50 is fair unless someone wronged the other, like abuse or infidelity. moving on now.
never forget it took so much to get here. the massive social media backlash generated from RecklessBen to force their hand to come to the table. this wasn't good will on their part. it's them saving whatever face they have left. never trust big corpos.
Bricks & Minifigs is parting ways with Brandon Best and Joshua Johnson due to "a devastating social media campaign"
They say they have reached out to the family that owns the $200,000 LEGO collection to return it and offer compensation for any missing items
if not for herd immunity, i could care less what those stupid people do. early death for them means one less carbon footprint in the world. having skepticism is fine. but being close minded is another thing.
Neil deGrasse Tyson: “Whatever [the next outbreak] is, we ain’t ready for it. We still have anti-vaxxers running around.”
“I don’t trust scientists. I saw a YouTube video, so I’m not going to take it.” (mocking)
“I don’t want you to ever forget this story.”
“20,000 years ago, we’re in the cave. Do you know what the life expectancy was?”
Shannon Sharpe: “10 years? 15 years?”
Neil deGrasse Tyson: “30. Half of everyone born was dead before they were 30.”
Shannon Sharpe: “Wow!!!”
Neil deGrasse Tyson: “Fast forward to 1840… everyone born in the world was dead by the age of 35. We gained five years of life expectancy. And every one of them ate organic, breathed clean air… Science matters here.”
“We’ve doubled the life expectancy with antibiotics, vaccines, and sanitation. The three biggest forces operating on our longevity. So to come around and say I don’t need vaccines because I’m not getting sick, that’s like saying, why are you using dandruff shampoo? You don’t have dandruff.”
Shannon Sharpe: “Well, I don’t want to get it.”
Neil deGrasse Tyson: “That’s my point. If you’re successful, people think you don’t need it when that’s what’s creating the ongoing success in the first place.”
Laufey should've been a DLC. for a full length game, keep it Kratos. it would've been best of both worlds. you get the backstory of his wife without undermining who the main character is.
Faye was part of the Norse saga from the beginning.
Now in God of War Laufey, we become the warrior behind the legends and stories: https://t.co/ihRX6WnQG0
anyone still supporting him, i hope y'all get cheated on. then we'll see how you like it. it's sooo easy to dismiss or downplay the situation when y'all not the victim.
Sykkuno makes his return to streaming
"While I've been gone, I was working on myself and repairing the damage I've done to my girlfriend and our relationship..what I did to her was horrible..I regret doing it so much and the time I've been gone, I've been working every single day to try to make things better"
"Not everything's perfect but made a lot of improvements and we can confidently say that we're doing a lot better..we're in a position where we can be happy together and we're headed in a good direction..I wouldn't be coming back to streaming if both of us didn't feel that way"
"With everything that happened, a lot has changed..I think I've grown a lot from it in so many ways..I do wanna thank u guys..thank u to all my friends that are still supporting me..I don't know if I would have done quite as well..I'm very lucky for that"
no one wants AI built directly in, with no option to turn it off. even with such an option, the inclusion of AI will inflate the price for something most do not want or will not use.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang says the company is too busy right now to build a handheld gaming PC using its new RTX Spark superchip.
At the recent Computex event in Taipei, he explained that Nvidia is focused on what he called the "gigantic project" of reinventing the traditional PC after 40 years.
"The PC is being reinvented," "For forty years you launched apps. Click. Type. With RTX Spark and Microsoft Windows you ask and the PC does the work. This is the new PC. The personal AI computer."
When asked directly about a handheld gaming device, Huang said the team is too busy with the bigger PC reinvention effort, but Nvidia is open to working with any partner who wants to build one.
@MightyKeef about the sales, it'll sell well due to it riding the success of the previous games. so no, not fake. but, not exactly success in its own right.
@SquChanVT for the past decade, Western devs have pushed for unnecessary realism. uglifying characters. i'm genuinely curious why they continue pushing for this? people want attractive characters. they're good to look at. they sell. where's the bad?
