Android battery draining fast?
On Samsung Galaxy phones:
1. Open Settings β Battery
2. Check Daily usage
3. Review which apps use the most power
4. Tap View details
Tested on my Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Check battery usage before installing battery-saving apps.
I tested ChatGPT with 8 messy tasks.
It prioritised deadlines, built a daily schedule, and added buffer time.
But it also assumed a client deadline was tomorrow without confirming it first.
Lesson: AI can organise your day, but always double-check its assumptions.
You don't need expensive software to stay organised.
My free productivity starter kit:
π Google Docs - writing
π Trello - task tracking
π¨ Canva - quick designs
βοΈ Google Drive - file storage
Start with one tool for a week before adding another.
What's your go-to free tool?
π‘ TECH TIP: Use keyboard shortcuts to save time.
5 useful Windows shortcuts:
β¨οΈ Win + V β Clipboard history
π Win + S β Search
πΈ Win + Shift + S β Screenshot
π₯οΈ Win + D β Show desktop
βοΈ Win + I β Settings
Which shortcut do you use most?

π€ ChatGPT tip: Get better troubleshooting help.
Instead of "Why isn't this working?", share:
β Exact error message
β Expected result
β What you've tried
β Device or software version
More context = better troubleshooting steps.

π± Useful free tool: Google Lens.
You can use it to:
π Identify objects and plants
π Copy text from images
π Translate signs and menus
ποΈ Find visually similar products
It's one of those tools worth knowing about.
Have you tried it?

@prabahankalita That's a great distinction. Hard constraints belong in the application logic, not just the prompt. Would you also recommend showing users which constraints were applied to each recommendation? That could make AI decisions easier to trust.
@faqdev One underrated approach is using AI as a code reviewer, not just a code generator. Asking it to identify edge cases, security risks, and missing tests before deployment can be more valuable than generating another feature.
@Shrigopalmalani Interesting use case for AI in auditing. The real value is helping accountants identify issues faster, while keeping human review in place. I'd be curious how they handle confidential financial data and verify the AI's findings before using them in an audit.
@MikePetryOff@GenZMultifamily Exactly. Automating data entry is only half the job. Duplicate detection, reconciliation, and exception handling are what make financial automation reliable. I'd also add an audit trail so people can trace how each figure was produced.
@aryasingh3333 AI has definitely lowered the barrier to building things. But creating a working prototype and launching a reliable product are still different challenges. Testing, security, and understanding user needs matter just as much as the tools.
π€ AI TIP: Stop asking ChatGPT vague questions.
Instead of:
β "Help me write an email."
Try:
β "Write a professional, friendly email to a client explaining a 2-day delay. Keep it under 100 words."
Better context = more useful answers.

@matchartier Interesting find! Privacy and data control are two things I look for in AI productivity tools. Does this app keep notes and AI processing local, or does it rely on cloud services? Curious what makes it more trustworthy than other options.
@DarkHorseEntre1 Agreed. Learning one tool well can be more valuable than constantly switching between apps. For me, ChatGPT is useful for organising tasks and drafting ideas, but I still review the output. What's your go-to tool for writing?
π€ AI tools are everywhere. But are they actually making us more productive?
I've noticed that the real value isn't using more AI apps. It's finding the right tool for the right task.
What's one AI tool you genuinely use every week?

@Alijafry92 That's a smart approach. Keeping a human in control makes the automation much more practical for small businesses. Looking forward to seeing how the idea develops!
