1/9 My current protocol:
- EPA/DHA ~6g (8 Omacor caps)
- GSE (OPC = 350mg)
- Melatonin 2mg
- Vit D + K2
- Berberine Phytosome 550mg
- Microzinc 20mg
- Vit C
I take these first 7 compounds every day.

That brand has another collagen bar, but it has steviol glycosides. But the specific one I attach is 100% ok.

I don't trust them, but at least they prescribed me selegiline (they didn't know about it, I had to ask them for it...). Let's see what happens with this one.
@Madam_Mito@amyalkon@elonmusk So, even if the EPA/DHA brand has low TOTOX (like, 4), would you stick to Lovaza? I heard that TG is better than EE, but I know that you said in the past that that's not true.

OK, I need to up my dosage of O3 😅. I'll do another baseline markers test and then I'll start to increase it. It'll take probably a couple of months for me to do it confidently. I highly say thanks to you!
@remianf1@JuliaB_fitness yeah I read all of her posts. It's a pity that she's not back. I test my inflammatory markers but I'm not sure O3 is doing anything to my CRPs
@remianf1 Probably I'd need to increase it a bit, I don't know... Indeed adjustments shuld be made, probably. I guess I don't have anybody to ask what is the right dosage, so...🥲. I don't eat sugar or gluten. And very very few carbs.
@remianf1 To be honest, I have been taking 8g of omega-3 for 2.5 years and I haven't noticed any difference. But maybe I just don't know what to look for to see if it works and/or how... Also a year ago, I switched from Omacor to a brand of fish oil with a TOTOX index of around 4.
