@HM_Passport I don’t know if this will help people, but we were told that upgrade team would look at cases that were within 14 days of travel as a priority. Email evidence of holiday booking to [email protected] if within 14 days. We still had to chase as well.

@DavidELever@HM_Passport We actually got through to someone and they said they were transferring to upgrade team. I was then on hold for 3 Hours and then cut off because it was after 8pm. @HmPassport shambles. Holiday is 14th May
@daisyevelane @garton_darren @HM_Passport We had to send evidence of holiday booking to upgrade team and they were then supposed to call back, nothing for over a week now. When I sent another email to chase I had automated email back saying do not send more emails as it may delay upgrade request!
@SallyJo21031705@HM_Passport@DanielZeichner@BorisJohnson@kevin_j_foster I actually spoke to an advisor who said they were putting me through to upgrade department, was on hold for 3 hours waiting to speak to upgrade team!! And then as it took me to after 8pm they cut me off as office was closed 😡
@passportwaiting Why are they now processing applications quickly for people who applied in April, when there are still people outstanding from February and March?
