@Disney oh dear. When you order from disneystore you really expect quality (especially considering the price). And yet my sons birthday gifts are damaged and all you can say is send back for a refund! Unacceptable. I really expected better.

Turned up at the Durham passport office. They are well prepared for people just turning up. Took all my details and told me someone would call in the next few hours. Really helpful so far. Just waiting in Durham for the call now

@Weeze85 They've not asked for anything yet. Just applicant name, date of birth and pex number.

Durham passport office are your phones broken? You never call back as promised. Put my sons upgrade in a week ago but not heard anything. We fly on 15 May! I will be forced to just turn up at the office!
