Token usage is a vanity metric. What matters is the value those tokens create for our customers and their shoppers:
faster answers, higher conversion, more sales, and happier teams.
When we started, I asked the team to make usage grow exponentially. Looks like they took it a bit too literally.
We’re just getting warmed up, though. Onward to the first trillion. At our current slope, next year we’ll be at 10T tokens and counting. 🚀
