@HLHEdith01 She had an operation, if you’ve ever had abdominal surgery you know it takes 10-16 weeks to recover. Why does anyone but her family have the right to know how she is. Same as if you were off sick your work can’t demand to see you and make you speak that’s bullying, stop it.

The lionesses did a good job, well done but do we really need 10 mins at the top of the news about it. Meanwhile in Budapest we have a World Champion Heptathlete why am I not surprised there isn’t even a mention of that, that feat is just as inspiring to girls and women.

@marksandspencer Have DM’d and it seems the 35 day rule is arbitrary but totally inflexible as ‘most people can exchange within 35 days’ Please understand not everyone can and perhaps having some flexibility might be helpful

@marksandspencer Why is it that no one in store is empowered to give a refund or exchange goods after the newly invented date on the receipt. Friend with father in care home can’t exchange a pair of shorts because it’s too late! No one can even provide a customer service number
