پنجاب میں تو پہلے سے ہی یہیں نظام ہے وہاں RPO کی تبدیلی IG نہیں حکومت کرتی ہے، KP نے نظام بدلا تھا لیکن اب جو وہاں پر مداخلت ہو رہی ہے تو وہ واپس نظام لے کر آ رہے ہیں

جو جو دوست میرے ساتھ این سی سی ائی اے کے کیسز میں پیش ہو رہے ہیں کون سے درخواست ہے کہ اس وکیل کی اس ویڈیو کا ٹویٹر لنک اپنے پاس سیو رکھیں جب بھی ریمانڈ کنٹیسٹ کریں تو وہ محترم مجسٹریٹ کے سامنے چلا کر اس کو دکھائیں اور اسے سوال پوچھیں کہ قانون سب کے لیے ہے یا صرف قانون تحریک انصاف کے ورکرز کے خلاف استعمال ہوتا ہے، یہی سوال عدالت میں این سی سی ائی اے کے تفتیشی افسران کے سامنے بھی رکھیں۔شکریہ

I’ve been instructed to call on the public not to attempt to march or protest nearby Adiala jail on 27 March. I’ve heard from sources that this may be used as an excuse for the establishment to launch a “counter” assault on the jail (Which my father is being held in), which could endanger his life. Subject: URGENT APPEAL — Detention of Family Members, Violent Police Raid and Denial of Court-Ordered Medical Care

To: International Human Rights Organisations and Relevant Government Authorities

I am writing as a member of Imran Khan’s family to request urgent intervention following the detention of members of my family and a violent police raid on our family homes in Lahore during the night of 20–21 September 2026.

On 20 September, my sister-in-law Aleema Khan was detained under Section 3 of the Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance (3 MPO). Later that night, a large police contingent surrounded our family residence. At approximately 1:30 a.m., police entered the property and forcibly entered the neighbouring home of my cousin, Dr Uzma Khan, reportedly breaking down her bedroom door.

Dr Uzma Khan, Noreen Niazi and Sakeenah Niazi were detained, while household staff and other relatives were also taken away or placed in police vehicles. Police also entered another part of the family home where a woman was with her two young children and attempted to arrest her in their presence. CCTV cameras and DVR equipment were subsequently destroyed. The children were left deeply distressed by what they witnessed.

At approximately 3:45 a.m., Dr Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi were transferred to jail. At the time of our family statement, their families and lawyers had reportedly been denied access, and we had no contact with Aleema, Uzma or Noreen following their detention.

These events raise serious concerns regarding due process, access to legal counsel, the treatment of women and children, the sanctity of the home, destruction of potential evidence, and the use of state powers against members of a political family.

We urgently call upon your organisation/government to:

Establish immediately the whereabouts, welfare and legal status of all those detained, particularly Aleema Khan, Dr Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi.
Demand immediate access to lawyers and family members and ensure that all detainees are treated humanely and their fundamental rights are protected.
Seek an independent and impartial investigation into the raid, forced entry, arrests, treatment of women and children, and destruction of CCTV/DVR equipment.
Seek clarification from the Pakistani authorities regarding the legal basis and necessity for these actions, including the use of 3 MPO.
Urge Pakistan to comply with its constitutional and international human-rights obligations, including protections relating to liberty, dignity, due process and access to counsel.
Press urgently for compliance with the Supreme Court of Pakistan’s order of 18 August 2026 concerning Imran Khan’s medical care. The Court ordered his transfer to Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad, within two days for assessment and treatment by a multidisciplinary medical board. That court-directed assessment and treatment have, according to the family, still not been provided.

Our family possesses photographic, audio and other evidence concerning these events and is prepared to make it available to appropriate human-rights bodies and authorities.

We respectfully urge you to raise these matters immediately and directly with the Government of Pakistan and to use all appropriate diplomatic and human-rights mechanisms to protect the detained family members, secure access to their lawyers and families, and ensure compliance with the Supreme Court’s directions concerning Imran Khan’s medical care.
