Supporting laborers isn't about merely increasing their wages. Other forms of support are also necessary: training laborers, insurance & health care, job security & a guarantee of employment, workers' housing, & creating a logical & just relationship between laborers & employers.

Supporting laborers is actually supporting national wealth. A country will have national wealth if its laborers are active and energetic. This national wealth brings sovereignty. Thus, laborers bring independence, power and dignity to a country.
