My PSX multi-bagger checklist for spotting the next big runners:

Look for companies with market cap under Rs 20bn, EBITDA margins sitting solid at 15-20%, and ROCE/ROE consistently above 15%.

The sweet spot is when existing plant capacity is already over 80% used, which forces management to announce new capex equal to at least 50% of fixed assets.

Keep debt in check with D/E under 2x, and make sure most of that expansion is funded through internal cash flows, not heavy borrowing.

These small caps start boring, then quietly compound into market leaders when the growth kicks in.

That’s where retail investors on PSX can find real wealth creation.

The roof collapse at a tuition center in Kahna is a heartbreaking tragedy. The loss of 14 innocent lives is an immeasurable sorrow, and my heart goes out to the grieving families.
