A PTI worker was simply carrying her party flag at Numaish in Karachi when police asked her to leave, as there was a security threat. Female police personnel then took the flag away from her.

Carrying a political party flag is not an act of violence, and a woman should not be treated like a threat simply for openly supporting the party of her choice.

Scenes like this only strengthen the perception among PTI supporters that even peaceful political expression is being restricted.

She was carrying a flag, not a weapon. Political differences should never become an excuse to humiliate or silence ordinary citizens.
