@LNER Breaking my almost 2 year X hiatus for this... why are many of the DUR-KGX trains now only 5 coaches long? They are rammed + I can't book a seat reservation! This is a long distance journey - 5 coaches is not enough. Is this a short term measure? Thx

@LNER 1/2 Thank you for your reply and advice. If this a permanent move it's now restricting my travel times massively - for the first time in 18 years of travelling ECML. 😔 I have vulnerable family members so I have to avoid full trains where possible. Really disappointing change

@LNER Hello 🙂 Can I just check that the offer of deferring travel today to tomorrow is for all LNER services? I have a ticket booked today for LGX - DUR at 18.27 but as I need to connect to it on another service I'd prefer to travel tomorrow instead if possible. Thx x

Would it be possible for me to travel tomorrow with my ticket that's for 7.30pm kgx-dur this evening. I can't deal with the stress of crowded trains and train hopping at the moment.

@ww_uk Thanks for your reply. I can't seem to DM you (it keeps saying my account is blocked when I do that?). Unfortunately, if I can't use the web tracker, I'll be cancelling my subscription. A shame, as I'm 13 lbs down.

@ww_uk Just had a message pop up saying we'll no longer be able to track, update weight etc online from April 30th. What is the point of being an ONLINE subscription? Not everyone wants to use their phone! I have minimal reception during the day due to the nature of my work.
