@bt_uk What a joke if you try report it online it takes you to submitting a form online & it says it’s closed due to demand. I’m not surprised most probably inundated with complaints about poor service & engineer damage.
@bt_uk Details are useless you’ve given me. It’s a third party provider & you don’t get to speak someone. You leave a voice message & they email you a claim form. I want to register a complaint & get it dealt with promptly.
@AmazonHelp why can’t I log into my account? Keep having to type in characters which aren’t recognised. Tried the hearing open still no joy.Twice you’ve sent me an email with an OTP code. I used to be able to sign in with my email, password & you’d text me an OTP code. Not happy!
@AmazonHelp Already told you I’ve been asked to reset my password & ive been emailed OTPs which don’t work. Keep being asked to enter characters which aren’t recognised. Why’ve your changed the way I log in?
