@O2 Yes have done that. Its when im in the app and its click on view data it says just a moment, we have sent you an email with a link to verify its you. Ive already accessed the app with biometrics to prove its me....

@O2 Absolutely shocking app now @02 have to have an email every time to say its me wanting to look at my account. Latest android app and its fully upto date.. seems to be when o2 and Virgin wanted accounts linked!

@MartinSLewis Took out Gap insurance on a car, not really understanding what it covered, car got stolen and Gap insurance paid out, what i had originally paid for the 2nd hand car and I got an upgraded version of the car....
