@Ocado my shopping has arrived covered in spilt milk. I have been refunded for some but most of it has been affected - soggy ruined cardboard packaging. We’ve wiped it all but it will smell as it’s milk! Been offered £15 extra off as compensation but not good enough!

@Ocado My delivery was ruined today by a spilt pint of cream and everything sitting in it for ? How long? Apparently everything is packed by robots. Things have recently been delivered in split packages. Never again will I be doing an Ocado shop, it took me an hour to sort!

@CustomerLaura Bought some curtains for my mother - they are faulty. Now discontinued. Sheffield have a pair but I can’t get them as they don’t take payment over the phone! Crazy! Don’t deserve to stay in business!
