During mental health awareness week it's 100% vital to take some downtime. This evening, mine's been standing in a field, appreciating a beautiful, almost 1 year old ginger baby girl my clever mare brought into a crazy world in 2020. Always makes me smile! #MentalHealthAwareness

Finally, an afternoon off from the "day" job with my amazing, very tall dressage youngster! First time out. Very exciting! #younghorse #dressage #downtime

I was very privileged to meet Prince P when stewarding many moons ago at Holker Hall Carriage Driving Trials. An exceedingly entertaining/ witty man who threw some mean shapes on the dance floor at the workers' after-party! 99 years of life chapters - an achievement to aspire to

Bad day? Learn from the 12 week old puppy. Sit in an empty cardboard box and rip it satisfyingly to shreds around you. Then await human to clear up the carnage afterwards 😂#lifegoals

[Alice De Soer @alicedesoer]

Amazing how something that's only 8 weeks' old can instigate a whole human management control regime (within 3 days of arriving) that the human hasn't managed for 17+ years ... taking regular breaks from the work laptop 🤣😂
