/1 story time! TLDR: @united leaves 10 passengers MCO-SFO-Shanghai behind in SFO bc they loaded bags in MCO 30 min late. Ran thru airport, arrived at gate to see plane pulling away. Literally only waited 9 min for 10ppl, compensated only $40 for 24hr disruption.

@united /6 @united plane; they delayed only 9 minutes. If they had delayed only 5 minutes more, the 10 of us could've made the flight. Instead they left us stranded in SFO. When I ask for a new flight, the only option is to arrive 24 hours later than scheduled. The compensation offer?
