@ssencommunity Q-how to feed a screaming hungry baby in a #POWERCUT at 3am on a Sunday? SSEN A- drive to nearest 24hr McDonalds for hot water. A* customer service right there #failing #NEWBURY #RG14 #KQ1911

[Alice Keeping @AliceKeeping]

@virginmedia Yes, contractors working for you. Branding on the van and the workers clothing. Thankfully it's gone quiet but who knows for how long!

[Alice Keeping @AliceKeeping]

"Good" morning @virginmedia like to explain why this was the alarm call for our entire close this morning without any warning? So much for my lie in and working from home today! Wanna shout me a coffee somewhere quiet?

[Alice Keeping @AliceKeeping]

@virginmedia Funny, even I knew that was an angle grinder when it woke me up this morning! Digging up the road for you in a quiet residential close. No word of warning, no idea how long for. This is what it sounded like inside my house...

[Alice Keeping @AliceKeeping]

@GWRHelp Another week, another...BUS! It would be helpful if your staff actually guided passengers leaving Didcot to the bus for Newbury instead of standing outside nattering to each other #greatcustomerservice #gwr #greatwastingrailway #2hrcommute #railreplacementbus

[Alice Keeping @AliceKeeping]

@GWRHelp 17:30 from Didcot Parkway to Newbury. Did notify the controller at Newbury but didn’t seem particularly interested.

[Alice Keeping @AliceKeeping]

Dear @GWRHelp my respect, trust (and stomach) for you have gone out the window this evening thanks to my coach tour of Oxfordshire by a driver navigating his way by mobile phone! #GWR #newbury #sortitout #yayforseatbelts #shouldvebeenonthatroad

[Alice Keeping @AliceKeeping]

@GWRHelp Any update on if there's going to be a last train to Newbury today?

[Alice Keeping @AliceKeeping]

@YodelOnline Done!

[Alice Keeping @AliceKeeping]

@YodelOnline Thanks for leaving a blank card wedges in my door frame. Tracking says delivered but no parcel and no idea where it is!
