@jillsman I hope the fact that they weren't given a specific time frame works in her favor. I can see it going either way though. One person says guilty because the BAC is high well beyond 12:45 unless they considered she drank when she got home and it's unclear? 🙃
@jillsman I've found myself trying to figure it out as though I'm a juror and that shit is so stupid. Yanetti said last trial he's never seen a slip like this and she's like I don't agree. Lol?
@trollhollomio@Summer86948154@KristinaRex Yes, they fucked up. Just like they did with the shirt. It was intentional and they got caught and that's why Hank passed on his rebuttal case.
@switzmen@Terri_Woodall@Bederowlaw That doesn't matter. Giving the impression that there could be fractures when we know for a fact there isn't is prejudicial. It's a lie.
@Terri_Woodall@Bederowlaw Yes, and Welcher said we couldn't know for sure because there were no x-rays. Implying that it was still possible and we'll never know. He misrepresented evidence and Brennan let him.
@Terri_Woodall@Bederowlaw It's a big deal because he was implying that it's possible there could have been fractures that we'll never know about because it wasn't x-rayed. Either Welcher lied or Hank didn't give them to him. Lack of injuries is a HUGE issue.
@TopHatterOR @Bederowlaw Clearly it was a bribe so it was free. Bev will still require them to produce a receipt like she ordered them to create a script of their phone conversation with Dever.
It’s really mind boggling how Brennan can use the feds as a credibility issue for ARCCA and the revelation of information during trial one but the defense doesn’t get to add credibility with ARCCA by revealing it was actually the Feds who hired them.
@captgixx @_nikkiconway_ @Bederowlaw I specifically remember her saying that as well which now that I think about it is kinda weird but it could have been she was given them after Welcher's big lie so she could testify to her own review of them.
