@FedExHelp It is very difficult to speak to a live person for customer service. Your service reroutes through the same options until it hangs up on you. There should be an option to speak to someone if your needs aren't met by the choices available.
@haybri13_@ErasTourResell@Ticketmaster You’re right. Anything would be a step in the right direction. It is ridiculous. I bought Prince tickets once and there were all of these secret steps you had to take to buy fan seats (all shared by word of mouth). We bought 3rd row seats at face value.
@ErasTourResell@Ticketmaster Agreed that there should be some type of point system. And the points should not be determined by @ticketmaster. They should be determined by external group accountable to the artist.
