@AldiUK the sage continues. Despite customer services informing me they had advised the delivery company to cancel delivery and return the item so I can get a refund, that has not happened. XDP have forged my signature and have dumped the item OUTSIDE my building insecurely. (1)

@AldiUK why on Earth do you use XDP for deliveries? Honestly awful. 2 ‘attempted’ deliveries, been home each time yet still not item. Delivery attempt proof are photos of their office or just blank. Not impressed.
