@annehelen We just bought a condo that came with an induction stove, and really love it. We only had a few pots that we had to get rid of because they’re incompatible. I’ve had all 3 - gas, electric, induction - and this is my favourite.
@annehelen We got an induction burner as a freebie with pots/pans about 12 years ago, and my husband always uses it to make candy (which is labour intensive at the stove) while sitting on the couch. Game-changer for stirring fondants.
@cindymclennan My mom’s birthday is in May, right when strawberries come into season. Growing up, every year sometime around her birthday, we would have strawberry shortcake for dinner. Not her b-day dinner itself, but just as a “hooray, it’s spring!” celebration to herself and the rest of us.
@cindymclennan So, so good. I like sci-fi best when it’s really character driven, and Fringe is one I return to frequently. I’ve watched it all the way through several times.
I shared these thoughts on Instagram Story today and the hundreds of messages I got from people saying "I feel the same way" was both validating and very sad. 🧵
@AdinaRJ I’ve got them both digitized and saved so i can even cast from my magic streaming device. Still takes more work than the laziest lazy! I did just start Crazy Ex-Girlfriend again that I’m meandering through.
@Rachael846 Anyone could fly, pending tests/vaccines. I’m dual, so would have been able to drive across. Colin couldn’t. But we both flew in over the summer. The land border from the US to Canada opened back in August, but not the other way.
