Yesterday I met a patient that was brought into Bart's via ambulance whilst having a cardiac arrest. He told me he had another whilst at the hospital. When I met him he was going home. I walked him out showing him where to collect his ride. Truly humbling. The NHS is fabulous. ❤️

@Darren41Barnes I had hydrodilatation in my shoulder with lots of physio. The orthopaedic surgeon told me a frozen shoulder has a two year process. It's incredibly painful but heat pads helped. Sleeping is the worse.
