A five-week programme of overnight maintenance on the #A720 Edinburgh City Bypass is scheduled to begin on Monday 15 April.

The work will be carried out in 16 phases, with overnight closures on a different section of the bypass in each phase.

@edinhelp these roadworks signs on the pavement at Gilmerton Road/Mount Vernon crossroads are ridiculous. Plenty of room for them to be on the road rather than reducing pavement space...

@on_lothianbuses twice recently I've got on a bus with the buggy and the driver has started off before I've got the break on. Can drivers be reminded that they should give prams/buggies time to get into their space and a brake on before moving? This is surely a H&S issue.
