What is astonishing is all the evidence that has been shown of the real world effects of their bad ideas - tens of thousands of apartments empty when they could be rented - and it still DOESN'T GET THROUGH. This is not even a problem of understanding concepts, they have a problem accepting and engaging with REALITY.
